Currently, I am taking the Thai Professional Cookery Course at MSC Culinary School and got the chance to intern at the Cielo Sky Bar with Chef Ping During Service, this fine dining restaurant serves their food swiftly and skillfully due to a methodical time management. The food is served must not only be fast but with a high standard Right from the start, the students from MSC already have the basic and skill, there is no need to retrain her, I’m only there to guide and help to become a better chef. This cuisine here is modern-Thai, which has helped me expand my views on Thai food food that I have studied at school
