  1. 其實豆腐少油煎就好啊 現代都不佔平底鍋 無需浪費大量油去炸 豆腐有水分雜質 那鍋油隔天根本就變質不能再使用!平底鍋直接兩面煎香酥即可

  2. 在家料理的話確實可以慢慢煎,少油也比較養生,若是做生意的話,要搶時間,還是採取過油會比較快,也比較香
