【醬燜玉米土豆排骨】排骨這樣燒,禦寒扛餓有一套!


Hi I’m Dandan Cooking is one of my hobbies Pork ribs are cooked in many different ways Today I will cook braised pork ribs in brown sauce With potatoes and corns It tastes surprisingly good First cut ribs And roll cut the potatoes Peel the corn but the inner leaf Cut the corns and then clean them So you won’t have squirting corns Add ribs to cool water Add ginger slices and cooking wine Bring to a boil Remove the scum And fish out Heat oil in a wok When the oil is warm Toss in the ribs and cook until seared Add ginger slices, scallion, dried chili and Sichuan peppercorn And add soy bean paste, oyster sauce and soy sauce Pour in scalding water Simmer with lid on for 10 minutes Add potato and corn Season with Shi San Xiang spice and salt Turn down to low heat Simmer for 20 more minutes Add green and red pepper before serving Thicken the sauce And enjoy!

  1. 貌似玉米的一大吃法就是配排骨!!除此之外,玉米入菜的貌不多吧????

  2. 食材:
    排骨750克、玉米1根、土豆200克、姜片少許、料酒20毫升、大蔥少許、幹辣椒5克、花椒3克、黃豆醬30克、紅燒醬油30毫升、鹽3克、十三香3克、青紅辣椒80克

    步驟:
    1、排骨斬大塊,土豆切滾刀塊,玉米我們留最裏面一層衣,切塊後再清理幹凈;
    2、排骨冷水下鍋,加姜片,料酒,大火煮沸,撇去浮沫,撈出備用;
    3、起油鍋,等油溫上來,下排骨煸到微微焦黃,加入姜片、大蔥、幹辣椒、花椒爆香,隨後下黃豆醬、蠔油、紅燒醬油上色,倒入適量開水,加蓋燜煮10分鐘;
    4、然後加土豆、玉米,鹽、十三香調味。轉小火,繼續燜20分鐘,起鍋前加青紅辣椒,收汁炒勻即可。
