黑啤炆牛肋條 Dark Beer Braised Beef


Dark Beer Braised Beef 2 Lbs Beef Rib Fingers/ Beef Brisket / Beef Chunk cut into cubes In a big pot, cook beef with cold water, 2pcs ginger and 1teaspoon salt over high heat Bring it to boil Rinse it with cold water to get rid of the blood In a crock-pot, cook beef in 2Tbs oil over medium high heat until brown add 2pcs sliced onions, saute until the onions are soft add 3Tbs butter & 4Tbs Flour, stirring often for about 3 mins add concentrated chicken / beef stock cube add 500ml dark beer add 2tbs white vinegar add 1tbs dried thyme add 1tbs brown sugar add 4pcs bay levaes bring it to boil, put the lid on and cook over low heat for 2 hours stir it every 20 mins remove the oil on top before serving serve over rice, mashed potato or pasta Bon Appetit! please like & share the video, and dont forget to subscribe my fat chick kitchen channel! cheers!
