simply cooked braised radish ingredients / radish / one can of beer for myself trim the radish into the bite size hurray~~ fill the pot with enough water to cover the preped radish pieces half table spoon of Hondasi (japanese fish stock powder) a good amount of say sauce same amount of Mirin (sweet sake) 1 spoonful sugar shake it shake it check the seasoning it’s a bit bland. it happens always when not measuring the ingredients. still not failed. let’s adjust with a bit of Tsuyu sauce(soy with dasi) simmer it with lid on it’s a quiet long process. grab a beer and enjoy the time until it’s cooked it doesn’t take long to finish cooking. already done super easy garnish with sliced spring onion and baaam!!! bon appetite slurp slurp super simple but super tasty can’t describe this softness and taste it’s just melting down and disappeared in my mouth scraping the bottom clear happy to eat but lazy to clean up my sweet potato looking friend from a dollar shop your name is… Gajumaru?? it’s called Banyan tree whatever your name is, please stay healthy and grow well I would be more than happy if you can give me some sweet potatos later
