I have here Seasoned large intestines filled with glass noodles. I reaaly like instestines, but I especially like large intestines.
The attractiveness of large intestines is its aromatic taste and chewy texture. It tastes good roasted or as a stew and in any way you cook it. This time I put in a lot of glass noodles and put seasoning on it. The seasoning removes its eccentric odor and the tripe saturated with seasoning has both a fragrant and spicy taste. When tripe is over cooked, it can become tough, so you should eat it when it is cooked moderately to taste the chewy texture. The texture is twice as good with the glass noodles. Glass noodles really are compatible with most any food. The drawback of tripe is that it can taste a bit too greasy, but I ate it too much because with spicy seasoning, it doesn’t taste greasy at all. I hear that tripe is really good for people with anemia.
Tripe is slightly greasy, but for those of you who like the fragrant chewy texture, please try it. I recommend it.
