Today’s easy recipe is Spicy Braised Tofu^^ First, mix sauce ingredients to make spicy seasoning sauce 2Tbs soy sauce, 1Tb sugar, 1Tb hot pepper flakes, and ½Tb minced garlic mix well Next, slice a ¼ onion Chop ½ green onion Cut tofu into a bite-sized pieces Add 2Tbs vegetable oil on a heated pan And cook tofu until it turns golden-brown When both sides are cooked, Put sliced onion and chopped green onion on top of tofu And pour the spicy seasoning after mixing it with a cup of water Then slowly braise tofu over MEDIUM HEAT When the sauce is braised, turn off the heat and add 1Tb sesame oil Finally, sprinkle sesame seed and serve!
