Hi, this is Leeby! For today, well, it’s been a long time since I had Yupgi dakbokeeumtang (spicy braised chicken)! And I still have a bandage on since the surgery’s not been long. But don’t worry! I can use my both hands well. It doesn’t hurt:) I’m gonna add Rothy Korean glass noodles! (Hooray!) I was gonna have these noodles earlier, but the surgery had changed the plan. And it was so stupid of me to place the beverage and the plates the other way around. Let’s think again before I act! I’ve got Cool Peace (peach juice) for the beverage. I looked it up how it spells when I was a kid, so whenever I hear the name, it always comes to my mind. (Sounds like cool piss) For these Korean glass noodles, I am not gonna soak these in advance. I will parboil them for 12 min and then wash ’em in cold water. After that, I’ve put them straight in the spicy braised chicken. So, I was initially kinda worried the food might tastes bland, but… bon appetit! It’s so good! Amazing! Yupgi foods are just so good! Yummy! I’ve not parboiled the glass noodles for long, but they are chewy and soft! I’ve only had the glass noodles parboiled but the seasoning has well permeated the noodles. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The seasoning is so good. Delicious! I think this part is somewhere between the chicken drumstick and thigh. It might look not good, so… I will skip it. I don’t want you guys to lose appetite. The thing is you don’t have to presoak the noodles in advance. You can just put them in. But they are way more chewier and softer than the normal ones. I am not favoring one or the other, but they are better than Chinese glass noodles, I think. It’s so good! If I’m not being fair about what I said, I will have the same surgery on the same spot, I promise. Mixing potatoes with rice! That’s how you eat it! If I find sweet potatoes in stead of potatoes, I get mad for real! Why do you take his place, Mr. Sweet Pota-to! Normal potatoes are a perfect match with rice or the seasoning, you know. But I keep seeing sweet potatoes in place. Mr. Po-ta-to is the best! I hope they use only chicken drumsticks for the spicy braised chicken. I mean there are fried chicken wings and drumsticks, but why do I not see a dakbokkeumtang made with only chicken drumsticks yet! Chicken ribs: yummy, but hard to eat I didn’t add anything, but I guess Yupgi spicy braised chicken has glass noodles to start with. The first yellow pickled radish! Lost its way. Found a landing point at last ★ I’ve edited the deboning scene, for it may look dirty.ㅎ Brush brush YUM Going for the cartilage as usual. Crunchy! This is why I love chicken! Finishing a drumstick in one mouthful! Quenching my thirst once in a while. Going for Korean glass noodles and then for normal glass noodles as well. But I think the normal ones are kinda Korean glass noodles…? Are thy not? Oh well, it doesn’t matter as long as it’s tasty! Dry meat. it’s dry meat, but it’s got a bone. Oh, it’s a carrot. With rice and the soup! Ta-dah★ Chicken wing. kr-POP Pop pop! Pop pop pop! With lots of soup and a huge potato! Wide open! You gotta have rice like this. This is the right way. I mean I prefer bibimbap over fried rice, to be honest. I’ve used only one pack of Korean glass noodles, but they are a lot more than I thought. I guess I feel this way because there are also normal glass noodles…? I was so happy glass noodles never ended. I guess I’m quite finished with spicy braised chicken. Now, it’s time for some rice. And I like rice with noodles. It makes the food kinda rich and ample. So, when I see ramen or glass noodles, I always mix ’em with rice. I’m finished! Finishing with refreshing beverage. I’ve enjoyed the meal! Yupgi spicy braised chicken was so good, not to mention the Korean glass noodles. I’ve heard it might smell when I first open the pack, but I guess my nose’s not that sensitive. I didn’t smell anything. (((It could be the case where my nose is dull))) What I liked the most is the fact the seasoning well seeped in the noodles. It was pretty nice. And I don’t need to reiterate yupgi spicy brasied chicken was amazing! Alright, the food was great, and if you liked the video, please like and subscribe to my channel! That’s it for today!
