Soy Sauce Braised Quail Eggs quail eggs 450g, king oyster mushroom 2, green pepper 1, red pepper 1, ginger 1, garlic 10
*seasonings*
water 2 cups (400ml), soy sauce 1 cup (200ml), sugar 2T, starch syrup 2T, cooking wine 2T Slice the king oyster mushroom. Slice the green and red pepper. Slice the ginger. Add 2 cups water (400ml), 1 cup soy sauce (200ml), sugar 2T, starch syrup 2T, cooking wine 2T in a pot and stir until the sugar melts. Add quail eggs, king oyster mushroom, garlic and ginger. Boil for 5mins. Put sliced green and red pepper. Turn of the heat. Thank you
