Add sugar and salt to the egg. Add vanilla extract and mix. Sift the flour and add to the mixture Add just a little of the milk and mix until the flour is completely mixed Add all the remaining milk and stir well. Add melted salted butter and mix. Filter the dough, then cover it with the wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about one hour. Mix again the dough when you get it out from the fridge and divide it into 6 bowls. Add a little color to each bowl and stir well. If you add a little white pigment and mix together, you can get a more beautiful pastel color ^^ Heat the pan to make 3 crepes per color. Fire it on low fire to do it one by one (you need patience ^^) You don’t have to put oil on the pan anymore after the first one. The first crepe can stick and fail, so it’s a good idea to spread evenly some oil or butter before cook it. Yellow crepe is like egg ^^ I think the crepe color that is piled up is really pretty. Now, the last color is purple^^ Put one chilled crepe and put the cream on top. I stacked one by one in a different color, but you can make the same color in a row if you want. I applied cream to the edge of the crepe, but if you want the sides of the crepe to fall, make the edges without cream The crepe cake is repeated … and repeated … I squeezed the cream on top The cut section is very cute ^^ Basic and general taste but the color is so pretty It’s really delicious even if I roll it one by one ~ Thank you for watching ^^
