  6. aaay so thats how you make chicken stock. is there any way that one would put too much of the veggie leftovers, onions or even chicken bones? i guess the more the better for the most potent stock?

    also that potato pie.. looks like with some adjustments you could make a 'potato lasagna' of sorts :))

I have a few more for you: 1. roll your chicken meat in a flaky pastry dough, 2. egg based Frittata with your fav veggies, 3. fried patties with chicken, bread crumbs, eggs and onion, 4. quick soup with canned beans and tomatoes, 5. chicken enchiladas, 6. stuffed eggplant with chicken wild rice, and veggies. Somebody stop me!

    Seasoned minced lamb, fried off with diced root veg, plenty of onion,and gravy,topped with mash. Then brown the lot off in the oven…..sort this shizzle out πŸ˜‚ x

  18. I'm ok with skipping the yogurt in mashed potatoes..heavy whipping cream is the most solid milk I'll put in the potatoes

    Also, I am using you shepherds pie recipe for inspiration, I am adding a can of cream of mushroom soup to the chicken mixture to give it some moisture and also to kind of hold everything together. Will let you know how it turned out.
