Hi everyone, I am Yao Lam Today I would like to introduce a soy sauce from Taiwan Wan Feng soy sauce Soy sauce made of black soy bean This is my first time trying black soy bean sauce I feel so excited Let’s try the taste It looks similar with normal soy sauce This soy sauce Contents no chemical seasoning and preservative It contains only water, black soy bean, sugar and natural salt Delicious Taste like sweet soy sauce It is sweeter than Japanese soy sauce Taste similar to normal soy sauce I think it can be used for many kinds of cooking Ok, let’s use this soy sauce to make Japanese home cooking!

    我知道台灣的萬豐醬油,可是沒用過。雖是業配,我覺得日本太太誠意十足,等哪天也來試試萬豐醬油。

  2. 五花肉的皮卤后很好吃,除去很可惜,以后可以尝试用马来西亚的"黑酱油"卤肉,颜色好看又好吃。

  5. 我覺得台式滷肉一大鍋直接丟進電鍋不用顧火比較省事…日式做法意外的繁瑣呢! 感覺上似乎比較清淡高雅一點^^

  6. 楼主可以试试炖煮的时候,不加一滴水,全用清酒代替,然后酱油和冰糖,东坡肉会有奇效
