Anda Korma Recipe by Cooking with Asifa – ( انڈا قورمہ ) – Tasty Egg Masala Curry


Add fried onions in chopper Yogurt (5 tbsp) Make a smooth paste Set aside In a pan, add oil (2-3 tbsp) Salt (1/2 tsp) Red chili powder ( 1 tsp) Turmeric Powder ( 1/3 tsp) after mixing, we ‘ll add boiled eggs Before adding your boiled eggs, make sure to prick holes all over the egg with the help of a fork Fry for 1-2 minutes , and not too much -set aside- In a pan, add oil ( 1/2 cup) bay leaves (2) Black cardamom Cinnamon stick (2-3) Green cardmom (3), cloves (3-5) Black pepper (8-10) Ginger Garlic paste (1 tbsp) Chopped green or red chillies ( 1 tsp) Fry for 2 minutes roughly Add onion yogurt paste Red Chili Powder (1.5 tsp) Coriander Powder (1 tsp) Turmeric Powder (1/3 tsp) Salt (1 tsp) Kasuri meethi ( 1 tsp) Add tomato paste (1 tbsp) for color enhancement Switch flame to low, cover the pan, cook for 8 mins and add water (3 tbsp) Cumin (1 tsp) Add fried eggs Stir fry for few mins add water ( 1.5 cup) Cook well till water boils well. nutmeg & mace powder ( 2 pinch) garam masla powder ( 1/2 tsp) Green chilies (4-5) Switch off the flame Chopped Coriander (3 tbsp) Cover the pan for 5 mins and then serve Delicious Egg korma is ready
