Welcome back 😀 3 Medium Yukon Gold Potatos Gruyere Cheese (1/2 lb) Fresh Mozzarella (1/2 lb) Pour in enough cold water to cover potatoes Turn to high heat and bring to boil Once boiling, lower heat to simmer for 15 minutes Drain potatoes, and put through ricer Minced Garlic 4TBPS Unsalted Butter 1 Cup Heavy Cream Half of the grated cheese Turn to low heat and stir until cheese has melted Add the rest of the cheese Stir until consistency become elastic LET’S EAT!!
