Cooking with Bosch Braised Abalone, Shiitake and Greens Remove the stems from 12 Pieces of Fresh Whole Shiitake Mushrooms Remove the stems from 300g of Washed Chinese Kale Pour 2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil into a Pot on low heat 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil 20g of Chopped Garlic Fry Chopped Garlic till they brown Add 1 Tablespoon of Light Soya Sauce 50g of Oyster Sauce 500ml of Water Bring the Mixture to a boil Add in Shiitake Mushrooms 4 Pieces of Soaked Black Fungus 6 Pieces of Canned Abalone Season with A Pinch of White Pepper Powder Let the Mixture simmer for about 30 Minutes Dissolve 50g of Cornflour in 200ml of Water Bring the Mixture to a boil Lower the heat and add in the Cornflour and Water Mixture Place the Chinese Kale on a Heat Resistant Tray Cover it with a microwave-safe cling flim Steam the Chinese Kale for about 10 Minutes Place the Chinese Kale, Mushrooms, Fungus and Abalone on a serving plate Drizzle the Heated Sauce over the dish Garnish with Fried Shallots
