    i do it the lazy way though, boil broccoli and sprinkle pepperjack daiya on top, add a bunch of my fav hot sauce with lime juice, garlic/onion powder and it just takes me away. ๐Ÿ˜€

  6. The flavor of this literally EXPLODED in my mouth! LOL I used soy sauce instead of salt and even my daughter said that this should be on our new repeats list! This was totally delish! Next time, I am going to coat the broccoli in the buffalo sauce and then bake it…

  7. ahh, I see. I still think Buffalo Broccoli sounds cool cuz then it's like "whoa, Buffalo broccoli, what's that?"
    (some people would catch on quick but others would want to try it cuz of it's name…don't wanna disappoint them with a plate of no wings and just broc (that's another thing to consider).

  9. great idea! the only thing is that braising means to cook slowly in a liquid, this would be roasted brocooli. but anyways i tried it and its delicious!
