Chives 3 kg Mustard Green Wash it gently 1 tbsp salt each pot Soak for 30 minutes 2L drinking water 2 tbsp vinegar (any kind) 20g sugar Add 40g salt and mix 300g spring onion 1st day 3rd day 4th day 1kg Carp Put carp in air fryer 300 – 400g pork 1 tsp garlic salt + 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp black pepper Marinate for 30 minutes 80g galangal root 80g ginger Boiling water Braise for 2 hours in medium heat
