  1. This guy is living my dream… like seriously. Glad for him but jelous lol. Respect for the first So.Cal, before the Mexican (it's already pretty Mexican here lol) So.Cal.

  2. That….does not look like any Mexican food I've ever seen.  Don't tell me they're going all hipster bullshit?

  3. YOU GUYS MISSED ALOT OF THE VALLEY, YOU WOULD GET SOME GOOD CONTENT IF YOU MADE A DOCUMENTARY OF THE DIFFERENT WINERYS HERE, AND WHILE YOU ARE HERE TAKE A TRIP TO CHEESE COUNTRY IN OJOS NEGROS..

  4. That old white guy looked awkward as hell, you can tell he's only there because he's providing the cash, no one was talking to him lol

  5. here he has an opportunity to showcase other restaurants and he only goes to one….way to be supportive of the growing industry in your area

  6. Keep on making this episodes, there are a lot of good restaurants in México city, Guadalajara and Monterrey. Good stuff!

  7. This is why I like chefs night out. Really outstanding talent eating really amazing food, enjoying a rare night with friends. Ive been wanting to visit the Baja wine region for years. Just been shown another delicious reason. Keep sharing these amazing videos. Blessings ChefMike.

  8. The State name is Baja California, not only Baja. Remember the original name of California was Alta California .

  9. Why do americans insist in referring to a single tamal as "tamale"? There's only an e when it's plural, as in "tamales". The guy even said it correctly why do they have to go out of their way to make stupid mistakes.

  10. coming from napa valley–i thought this was so beautiful and i love seeing the people who work hard be full in circle with their vision.

  11. Baja is the place to go no doubt about it. My family goes to Ensenada just about every month since we live like 2 hours from there. and always go through this place. Definitely recommend going very down to earth people.

  12. I loved this episode because, it felt like there was no filming. Just friends having drinks and making good food !

  13. dam I miss Ensenada ,so much family down there … its funny because ive never really seen this part of Ensenada maybe drove right passed it, it looks like a rich ,and white thing to do but whatever .. VIVA MEXICO CABRONES ..

  14. Great episode! Really diffrent and innovative the whole farm to table concept isnt very common especially out in the cities, and the guys really seem to love what they do , que chingon que sigan asi para que crezca la region y sea mas conocida en el mundo, good job
