We have Karen Adler who is coming in and she is teaching from Julia Child’s cookbook. And we are doing beef burgundy over buttered noodles. It’s really fabulous and she’s making homemade French baguettes. And part of the thing she does is she comes in and she decorates each one of the tables so that she shows it beyond just the meal, itself. She shows it as the whole entertainment – everything.
