Frontino is spot on. You’ve got this buttery richness
from that perfectly seared, crispy skin. The second you have a bite of
that raspberry, it really pops. The fish is delicious. The lemon it’s tasty, it’s
juicy, it’s salty, it’s acidic, it’s great, it’s fun, it’s
