To deep fry frog legs, first you’re going
have your oil set to 350 degrees. Next, I’m going to take my frog legs that I’ve dredged
in the cornmeal and I’m going to place them into the pan. We’re going to let them cook
about four to five minutes, or until the outside is a nice, golden brown color. Once your frog
legs are thoroughly cooked, you’re going to go ahead and remove them from the oil. From
here, you can go ahead and season it so that the salt sticks to the frog legs. And that
