To pan fry tofu start with a pan that?s on
medium high heat. You want to make sure that your pan has got about a quarter inch oil
at the bottom of the pan. The oil should be about three hundred thirty to three hundred
and fifty degrees. Your tofu should be some what dry water in the oil does not work well
and will cause a lot of splattering so make sure your tofu is very dry. Next place your
tofu genitally in to the pan. Once your tofu is crispy go ahead and remove it with a slotted
spoon on to a paper towel. And that is how you pan fry tofu.

Wait until you can easily lift the tofu from the pan to turn it. It takes a little patience, but this is the correct way to do it. You can eat this with any sauce you choose.
