We are making white chocolate and apricot balls. We need two-thirds of a cup of crushed
biscuits. One cup of rice bubbles. We need one-third of a cup of coconut. We need one tablespoon of oil. We need three tablespoons of apricot jam. Heat the jam up for ten seconds in the microwave. Make a well in the centre of our crumb mixture so we can pour our white chocolate and our apricot jam into it. Mix our mixture, which is our crumbs – our biscuit crumbs, rice bubbles, coconut jam and chocolate. We need sprinkles in the bowl.
