I made this dish for dinner and was going to wait for my husband to come home but too yummy so me hahaha devoured big portion of it…:) shameful but couldn't help it….:) Thank you again for choosing such delicious recipe for us. So blessed to benefit from your recipes. Thank you and thank you. By the way, i was a bit confused whether you said green onions or chives? In your video you said chives but writing you did write green onions? Am i wrong? But anyhow i did put chives..:) and tasted vey good..

  12. I try this recipe. My husband and kids didn't like. Especially mushy zucchini. I kind off like but won't make again because kids won't eat .

  13. Hi Natasha, can the zucchini and potatoes be assembled the night before and baked the next day just before company arrives? Not sure if zucchini might release liquid when kept overnight in the fridge .

  16. This is one of two of your recipes I cooked today. They were both delicious but this one just absolutely shocked me by how the creamy sauce accented the Zucchini. I think I could eat this everyday for at least a year. I have never tasted this squash so great.. Natasha, If I get really fat, I'm going to tell my wife it's all your fault LOL, I'll be trying more of your recipes soon.

  19. I have cooked this for dinner tonight and itโ€™s absolutely delicious and super easy.I used parsley instead of chives as i had parsley in the fridge and the taste is so yummy.

  24. I made this a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing – I making again tonight and adding slices of green/red peppers. YUMM!

  25. Would be great to add thing slices of deli ham, turkey or chicken. That way you could do potato, deli meat, potato, zucchini, potato, deli meat…
    Would make it a simple 1 dish meal that way and if deli meat is on sale you could do a big pan of this for a family of 5 cheaply.
