Green chillies?) come on! what supermarket in america has that? Then he goes on to pouring rotton milk over the chicken… he calls curd? and explains nothing on how to get SAFE curd cause he cant speak a word of english. His recepes are going to kill someone

  6. the crispy chicked didnt turn out right… did you see how his assistant hesitated and did not want to eat it? Then in the end the chef feeds the crispy chicken to his cat. I suspect you didnt see the hundreds of flys that layed their filthy maggots all over the poisonous chicken

  9. Needed to stuff those chickens after the quick boil with stove top stuffing then stitch them up close the opening then put the seasoning on then deep fry them. 😍😋

  11. This is the most failure method I’ve ever seen.. he used more than 15 eggs and 1 gallon of oil to fry the whole chicken 🐓 in one time .. also what is the idea of using the tooth picks ??? Lot of butter milk. Lot of losses losses losses .
    He could cut all chickens into right pieces . Instead of using acupuncture method he can use a pick to penetrate the sauce and fry the quantity gradually..
    if that recipe given in the restaurant he will be terminated as he committed lot of mistakes and losses of materials and efforts .. 😤😤👊👊👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

    للأسف الشديد عاوز يعمل فيها هذا الطباخ طريقة يدخل فيها الموسوعة العلمية ؛ لكنه لم يقدِّر الكارثة التي قام وصرف فيها كثرة التكاليف ليصل إلى دجاج بروستد او بالأحرى دجاج طريقة كنتاكي وللأسف شركة الكنتاكي ليسوا مجانين ليتَّبعوا طريقة هذا العبقري 👎👎 👊👊 فإنهم لا يستعملوا بيض ولا بقصمات ولكن الطحين هو الأساس أما مبلولاً ومُخفّف بالماء وغمسه بالطحين ثانيةً ليلتصق الدجاج المبلول مع الفلفل الأبيض والملح.. والشيء المهم ان جهاز القلي الذي يستعملونه تصل حرارته لأكثر من ٧٠٠ درجة والدجاج يكون محكم الإغلاق .
    صاحبنا الطباخ المهفهف لا يدري كم كانت نتائج الخسارة التي وصل فيها لقلي ٣ دجاجات وماذا سيفعل بعد ذلك في كمية البيض والزيت والبصمات المتبقية. ؟؟؟ وبالنهاية لم يقدِّر قيمة الوقت المهدور للوصول إلى دجاجة كاملة بروستد وبالنهاية احدهم قام وخلع أحد الاوراك ليلتهمها..
