‘Prawns Fry’ Let’s begin with masala paste. Let’s take some coriander leaves.. ..around half a cup.. 10 to 12 cloves of garlic and a small
piece of ginger.. ..and some water. Masala paste is ready, let’s take it out. Now, let’s take prawns.. ..a cup of prawns. Let’s add salt to taste.. ..1 tbsp of mix masala.. ..and add some masala paste; not all of it.. ..and mix everything well. Switch on the stove and heat the oil. We will shallow fry the prawns and not deep fry. Squeeze a small lemon onto it. Now, I will take some semolina,
