Hello. Guys. Today’s menu is Tong muksal mugeunji kimchi jjim(Braised whole pork neck with aged Kimchi). It’s neck of Ibérico pig and I got from Clami. It’s cooked whole, and it’s very soft. I’m Changbae. Please, remember me. Let’s enjoy it. I’ll try it slowly. It’s got fried eggs and chopped seaweed in the rice. It’s delicious to eat just this. Ibérico is really delicious. It’s my first time eating this. It’s the best. You can ask for a whole meat from Clami. This is what I’ve had a mugeunji Kimchi(aged Kimchi). I think Ibérico is one of the pig species. I heard that this is an excellent species. It seems to be true. I will try it with mugeunji kimchi. It’s not too salty and delicious. Amazing. amazing. Please. The meat is too tender. It’s much softer than a pork belly. The meat is good and really delicious. I like butt of cabage Kimchi. It looks like just tear easily. Let me show you how much soft it is. But I got the wrong chopsticks. It’s so soft, isn’t it? It’s delicious to try a rice with yolk of soft-boiled eggs. The meat is 600 grams. It has onions and green onions in here.   10. 이베리코돼지란 스페인산 돼지고기이며 출하 하기 몇개월전 도토리를 먹여 지방층을 분해하고 맛을 한층 부드럽게 만든 돼지라네요. 이 돼지고기는 하몽을 만들기 위한 사육방식이었는데 대량 사육을 하기시작하면서 아마 수출용으로도 우리나라에 까지 들여 온듯 싶네요. 먹방을 보는 궁극적인 이유,, 식후 소화제 역활로 본답니다.영상을 보면 침이 꼴깍꼴깍 소화가 잘 되요.
