(Soy sauce 3T) Cooking wine 1T Red pepper powder 1T Oligarch 1T Sesame oil 1T Garlic 1T Cut tofu into about 1cm thick pieces and remove moisture using kitchen towel. Cut the rest of the ingredients. Slice the green onions and soak in cold water. Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil, then fry tofu. Put tofu and all the ingredients in a pot, add 1 cup of water and marinade to boil.
