[Eng sub] Easy cooking Korean simple recipe Dubujorim ( Braised Pan-Fried Tofu ) Asian food


Hello ~ I’m Sid ~ I will continue with Christmas special today. In the last episode, I made Galbijjim. This time, I think just that one is not enough for party. So I prepared to cook a simple dish that can be eaten with side dishes. Today’s dish is Dubujorim. Tofu means tofu, jorim means braised It is very simple as a side dish, so please take a good look at it today. So let’s cook it. Ingredients: oil, sesame seeds, tofu 2ea, spring onion 1ea, soy sauce 4 and half Tbs, chili powder 1Tbs, Minced garlic 1Tbs, sesame oil 1Ts, 2/3 cup of water, sugar 3Tbs ( I forgot to take sugar^^;;) Step1 First, chop spring onion Step2 Cut the tofu in half and eat it. Slice it. Step3 Put the spring onion into a bowl and put soy sauce 4 and half Tbs. Step4 Put 3 Tbs of sugar Step5 Put 1 Tbs of red pepper powder Step6 Put 1 Tbs of chopped garlic Step7 Put 1 Ts of sesame oil. Step 8 Add 2/3 cup of water and stir well. Step9 Put the oil with the pan and fry the tofu slightly Step10 When tofu getting yellow, add seasoning and turn it upside down ( fry just 3~5 min) Step 11 Transfer the tofu to a bowl and toppings with the remaining sauce It is done! Let’s taste it! I originally enjoyed this dish with rice. It’s sweet and savory. It tastes great with rice! It was really simple today. The ingredients were tofu, leeks, chopped garlic. I Cooked the Dubujorim today.
