Hi I’m Sid. I will explain it in Japanese today. I made my video to help people in Japan and English speaking countries. So sometimes I do an event that explains in Japanese like this, and the English is still a little difficult for me. I will try again later. It’s already December. Today is December 2. Soon after Christmas, I wore a T-shirt like this. From today to December, I want to take video like this feeling. Today’s menu is Galbijjim(Braised short ribs). The ribs call this part of the beef ribs I use this part to eat potatoes and other vegetables and boil them. Galbijim is very similar to Japanese meat&potatoes. But taste is Korean. The reason I chose this dish today is for the family to have some special cooking soon Christmas I prepared to think about how to make It’s not really simple dish but let’s try to cook for a girlfriend or a family, but what if it’s a special day? The amount I prepare is four servings. If you are a couple , you can prepare half amount . Galbijjim! Let’s try to cook! Then, start. Step 1 Crush one onion. Step 2 Cut the other onions. Step 3 Slice the three peppers thoroughly Step 4 If you have thin spring onion. chop 1 of them and slice like this the other one( If you have big one you can use half and half). Step 5 Dice potatoes Step 6 Cut the carrots in half and cut them Thoroughly. Step 7 Chop the mushrooms Step 8 Boil the meat lightly (remove impurities from the water) Step 9 Prepare the sauce (2 cups of meat, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of wine, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped spring onion, 2 cups of soy sauce, 1 cup of sesame oil) Mix well after all. Step 10 Boil the boiled meat with the sauce Step 11 Boil for about 30 minutes and add potatoes and carrots. Step 12 Boil for about an hour and add the remaining vegetables. Step 13 If you boil for 15 ~ 20 minutes, you will be finished! Out of focus ^^ ;; It’s done! I cooked galbijjim. Every time I tell you, it’s easy to cook. Just the timing and the proportion of the spices are hard to match, but I explained in detail. How do you think about to cook for Christmas? Let’s try a tasting. This meat is also delicious, but the portion with the bones is texture, and it is delicious because it is chewy. It is yummy ^^ If it’s salty or the sauce gets dry, pour the water to boil And this dish is the most delicious about 2 hours (I like the soft meat though it is my taste) You can cook for 2 hours and cook until the meat is tender. Today is Christmas cooking for a family or a couple (girlfriend), the man is ‘I’m the man cooking!’
