Fluffy Omurice (Japanese Omelette Rice)

Mince the onion. Slice the skin off. We’ll use it later. Slice the chicken about a centimeter thick. Get the chicken oil out of the skin by frying it. This will make a big difference in the flavor. Fry the chicken onion butter cooked rice and sauce. Shape the rice. You can use a rice scooper to shape it as well. Beat the eggs. Strain it. Coat the pan with oil. Stir the egg. Carefully fold both sides into the center and flip it. Slice through the egg and pour the sauce on top. Sprinkle some parsley and done.

  1. I love watching your videos. Apart from the way you cook, it's also because of your cat. I really like cats 😍 And I really like men who are good at cooking.

  2. I tried to make this,It didn’t turn out well. Some more trying and I felt like I wasted so many eggs. I’m literally sad, really sad. I bought the Demi Glace sauce and let me tell you,I went to 3 stores to try and find it. Demi Glace is so hard to find in Thailand.

Tried this once while in Japan, and until then I didn't know eggs could be so soft and fluffy!

  9. Seriously his flame control is so in point. An omelette is a basic dish which can be made in a myriad of ways but it does require basic cooking skills. Now imma make one:))

  10. I suppose demi-glace sauce is something made by god, if in my country you can only buy it on internet and 9x the price that was on video

  11. I'm still trying to find the ideal heat temps where the egg doesn't cook too fast. It looks like Jun that scrape the bottom of the egg, leaving the bottom to solidify.
