WE DO SUMMPER CAMPS. AND WE STARTED LAST WEEK. AND AGES 6 TO 18. AND COOKING AND BAKING THIS WEEK AND WE HAVE ONE IN THE MORNING AND ONE IN THE AFTERNOON. WE’RE FULL AND SOME OTHER CLASSES. I LOVE THIS IDEA. YOU CAN DO IT WITH YOUR SPOUSE OR WITH FRIENDS OR MAYBE IF YOU’RE SINGLE AND YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO COOK A LITTLE BIT. RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE SOME VEGGIES GRILLING? YES. THESE ARE DONE A FEW MINUTES AGO AND THEY WILL GO IN AND CHOP THEM UP. ANYTHING ON THEM, SALT OR PEOPLE SUMMER. A LITTLE SALT AND PEOPLE REPORTER IN THE DRESSING. SO WE HAVE A DRESSING FOR THEM. THE DRESSING, WE HAVE SOME LEMON JUICE AND VINEGAR AND OLIVE OIL. ALSO WE HAVE OREGANO AND CAPERS AND SOME PARSELY. AND THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WOULD HEADACHE IN YOUR COOKING — YOU WOULD MAKE IN YOUR COOKING CLASS FOR ADULTS? YES. IT IS QUICK AND EASY THING TO DO. I’LL MOVE THAT OUT OF THE WAY SO THE SMOKE STARTS GOING IN YOUR EYE. IT STAY NICE, POPULAR SALAD. AND THE NICE THING ABOUT DOING IT IS IT A GREAT THING TO TAKE TO A BBQ OR TO THE POOL. THAT IS GREAT. IT GETS TOSSED AROUND. AND EVERYONE SEEMS TO LIKE IT YOUNGSTERS SEEM TO LIKE IT TOO. YOU’RE GETTING THE VEGGIES IN THEM WHICH, IS A GOOD THING. WHEN YOU DO THE COOKING CLASSES, DO YOU BREAK THEM UP LIKE A GRILLING SERIES OR HOW DOES IT WORK? IN THE SUMMERTIME WE DO MEMORIAL DAY CLASS AND FOURTH OF JULY CLASS AND SUMMER SALADS AND DESERTS CLASS. SO WE DO THAT. WE HAVE LOTS OF STUFF LIKE THAT. AND THE OTHER SALAD, THIS IS A CHICKEN SALAD. SALAD GREENS AND GRILLS CHICKEN THAT YOU THEN SLICE. AND THEN BACON, SCHOOL SCALLIONS AND WATER CHESTNUTS. AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE CHICKEN BREAST LEFTOVER? YES. IT EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. YOU SERVE IT WITH CRISPY CHOW MAIN NOODLES. I THINK THERE’S A WHOLE ART TO DRESSING. WE CONCENTRATE ON DIFFERENT THINGS. THIS ONE WE GOT SOY, SESAME OIL, LEMON ZEST. GINGER? YES. FOR THE DESSERT, YOU YOU HAVE SOME COOKIES. — YOU HAVE SOME COOKIES. I’LL PUT THE STRAWBERRIES IN. VERY POPULAR IN ENGLAND. SO WE HAVE THESE RIGHT NOW AND THEY’RE EVERYWHERE. AND THEN WE HAVE WHIPPED CREAM. YOU CAN USE THAT SPOON FROM THERE. IT IS REALLY SUGARY. AND I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THE VOLUNTEERING. IF YOU’RE NOT INTERESTED IN A CLASS, YOU CAN VOLUNTEER. AND THERE’S A BENEFIT FOR VOLUNTEERING. YES. WE HAVE A VOLUNTEER PROGRAM. WE ALL NEED ASSISTANCE FOR OUR CLASSES. WE HAVE PEOPLE THAT HAVE AN INTEREST IN FOOD. BUT THEY DON’T WANT TO SPEND THE CASH. AND WE HAVE A VOLUNTEER PROGRAM YOU CAN COME AND ASSIST THE CLASS AND YOU GET CREDITS FOR ANY OF THE CLASSS THAT WE OFFER. — ANY OF THE CLASSES THAT WE OFFER. AND WE FEED YOU.
