My name’s Neal Huttenhow. I’m the head brewer at Saddle Mountain Brewing. All the beer we make is made here in-house. It’s one of the biggest things I love about a brew pub setting. The freshest beer you’re ever gonna get is when you get it right at the place it’s made. I use all traditional Scottish ale ingredients. A lot of it does get imported from the UK. All the malted barley, Scottish-style hops. I just wanted to make a good, two-style Scottish ale, and make the best one I could and in 2017, won a gold medal. The following spring, we won a silver medal at the World Beer Cup. That fall, we won our second gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival. A couple weeks ago, we won our third consecutive gold medal, which is something that rarely happens. Our lightest beer, our Warhawk Cream Ale which is gonna be more similar to your typical American pilsner. And then one of our IPAs, Hop Snob IPA. So, those three beers really are always top three. It just kind of depends on week to week. Not only are we brewing the best beer in Goodyear, I mean, it’s literally the best beer in the country. And I’ll put any of our other beers behind it. The best beer you’re gonna get. It’s fresh. You’re getting it right where it’s made. You come in on a day when I’m here, I’m more than happy to talk beer with you. We’re right here in Goodyear and making some of the best beer in the country.
