Grilling Spicy Whole Chicken Desi Style On Fire


Dry roast red chilies, peppercorns, cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick on low heat Make a fine powder of the roasted ingredients Heat some oil in the pan and add garlic along with some peppercorns Add the powder spice mix to the oil and mix well Add pinch of turmeric, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice make it into a paste Now rub the mixture to the chicken well in & out Tie the chicken legs for cooking it evenly and let it rest for 30-60 minutes Using the sticks make the fire two side Hang the chicken and make sure the chicken should cook with the heat of the fire but not the direct fire Keep pouring some oil in between so that the chicken doesn’t get dry After 30-40 minutes see if the chicken is cooked well inside and the skin gets golden brown. If it’s done take off from the fire. Chicken is done and ready to be served hot. If you like our video
