HEIDI: TIME IT TOMORROW, YOU WILL SEE. THE ACTUAL EATING TIME IS VERY SHORT. THE WHOLE REASON IS TO DO IT FOR THE NEXT DAY FOR LEFTOVERS. SWEET POTATOES WITH BOURBON AND BROWN SUGAR. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT IT IS THE TRIFECTA OF WHAT YOU WANT FOR HOLIDAYS, EAT — EASY, DELICIOUS, AND UNUSUAL. THESE ARE YOUR BASIC SWEET POTATOES HERE. WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THOSE, WE ARE GOING TO DO A MINI — WHILE YOU ARE DOING THIS, I AM TAKING FRESH NUTMEG. WAY BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT NOT BAKE. WE ARE GOING TO THROW THESE AND HERE. RYAN: WHAT IS HERS LOOK BETTER THAN MINE? SARAH: I WAS WORKING HARD ON IT. HEIDI: YOU WANT TO SLICE THIS ONE FOR ME? RYAN: NO. I THINK YOU SHOULD DO IT. HEIDI: NOW WE ARE GOING TO TAKE A TEASPOON — MEASURE OUT FOR ME, PROBABLY CLOSE TO HALF A CUP FOR ME. NINE WE ARE GOING TO TAKE HEAVY CREAM — AND THEN WE ARE GOING TO TAKE HEAVY CREAM AND A TEASPOON OF SALT. A TEASPOON OF SALT. RYAN: ONE MINUTE LEFT. SARAH: I DUMP IT IN? DO WE PUT THE CREAM IN THERE ALREADY? HEIDI: I AM GOING TO GET CINNAMON. YOU DO THIS UP RIGHT AND PUT IT ON. THERE WE GO. RYAN: THE SOUND EFFECTS HERE.
