Bring to a boil. Add the marinated fish head. Cook with high heat for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped sections of small celery and big green Chinese onion. Cook about one more minute. A pot of steaming braised fish head is finished. There are some important points for making this dish. First, we need to chop together the pickled ginger, peppers and garlic. Chop them into shreds, which can make the dish more tasty. Then when we fry the primer material, we need to fry them with enough heat, so that their fragrance can come out.
