How To Cook Roast Pork Using The Turbo Grilling Function | AEG

We will show you how to cook roast pork which
is succulent on the inside with crispy crackling on the outside using an AEG multi-function
oven. The Turbo grilling function is perfect to
use for larger cuts of meat. It gives the outside of the pork a wonderful crispiness
and keeps the inside moist and tender. Switch the oven on. Turn the dial to the right and select Heating
Functions, then press OK. Turn the dial to the right and select Turbo
Grilling, then press OK. Increase the temperature to 200 degrees celsius
by turning the dial to the right and selecting OK. The oven will begin to heat up. The pork needs to be placed in a hot oven
so you’ll need to wait for the oven to heat up.. When the oven has reached the set temperature
of 200 degrees an alert will sound and the temperature icon will flash. We are using pork belly which has been scored
and salted. Place the pork in the oven and close the oven
door. You will now need to set the cooking time.
Select the Time button Turn the dial to the right and set the duration
to 1 hour. The End Time is also displayed. Push OK. The display shows the Turbo Grilling heating
function, the actual clock time, the remaining duration and the oven temperature. At the end of the cooking time an alert will
sound and the oven will switch off. Perfect roast pork using your AEG multi-function
oven.
