How To Home Brew Stout Beer : Capping Bottles Of Home Brewed Stout Beer

Hi I’m Jeremy from F.H. Steinbart Company
and today we will be doing a beer brewing tutorial on behalf of Expert Village. The
next step of the process is to cap the bottles and as I said earlier it’s nice if you have
a friend doing this while you fill bottles. What we’ll do is go ahead and place a cap
on top of each bottle like so and take our bottle capper and place it right over the
top of the bottle, push down evenly on these two levers here just like so. Quick and easy.
Now we have three bottles of beer and you’re going to want to do this about 40 or 50 more
times.

  1. To cap bottles, you only need two fingers on each hand. This is a bad instructinal video. Its not that hard.

  2. giving its been about a year, you've probably already found the answer, but if not than it sounds like the necks are too big for the capper

  3. it's not quick and easy !!…..it's hard, no matter how many times I try capping it, it wont stay on properly. Any actual good tips that will help?
