Hey Guys let me show you how to julienne also
known as cutting food into match stick pieces I am using a carrot but this will work with
many other vegetables cut it into 2 inches pieces then trim the rounded sides
this will secure the veg on the board cut it
lengthwise into even slices then stack the slices 3-4 at a time and cut them lengthwise again into matchstick pieces and this is how to julienne if you want more tips then click on the link!
