I’m going to show you how to make some delicious Island chicken. Now that we’ve grilled our
chicken, we are going to grill our peppers and onions. I’ve taken the peppers and onions
sliced them up and made a little marinade with extra virgin olive oil, rice wine vinegar
and seasonings. The grill pan is heating; let’s spray it with a little canola so they
don’t stick too much which shouldn’t be a problem with vegetables. You can hear that
sizzle; that is what you want to hear. We are going to let them sit and grill for a
few minutes per side that is all it will take so it will take some nice char grill marks.
