  4. this is classic jam that is too sugary and sticky for me, i have seen some "dzem" in polish supermarket, more like crushed fruit paste and less sugar, how can i make it?

  6. I checked with Babushka. The amount of sugar is needed to prevent spoiling. If you are a weakling, you can reduce the sugar by up to half, but it will be less thick and must be refrigerated.
