I can see that the oil is almost hot and I’ll be putting onions and green chilies over to
it. This will be the curry part we’ll be working on and we’ll be adding some water but later.

ginger, garlic is kind of the heart and soul of every recipe. So it gives a nice taste
plus a nice smell. Nice fragrance to the recipe.
