Here it goes, I’m just about to end with the cutting, only the last part of the eggplant
is in my hand, and I’m over cutting the eggplant. Now as I’m over with the eggplant, you can
see that the eggplants are cut into small pieces. Now let me keep this eggplant aside,
let me take my utensil and put on the gas. First I need to deep fry the eggplant which
are here. I’ll be putting some oil and will deep fry my eggplants. Of course we’re going
to make curry later, but now first we want the eggplants. Let the oil get heated, until
we’ll just have a look at the ingredients which we have. We have onions and green chiles
together, which you will not use at the curry level. We’re not going to use it at the very
staring level, but of course when you are deep frying it, you’ll be putting some ginger
garlic too. We don’t have ginger garlic space right now, we just have ginger garlic.
