Today I am going to show you how to make Chicken Chow Mein Noodle
It is very easy to make dish. Actually going to be a lot of stir frying
today and it is going to get messy at time.
But it is definitely worth trying. Today, we will need the following ingredients. 2 cups of Bok Choy Shredded like this 1 cup of sliced onions 1 cup of shredded carrots 2 cups of bean sprouts 1 pound of egg noodle (Follow direction on package on how long to cook the noodles)
you don’t want it fully cooked. cook the noodle until it is 80 percent done
so we can stir fry it later 1 teaspoon of table salt 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce Its nice and rich and very sugary it is a nice brown sauce really nice for the noodles. 3 tablespoon of regular soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce This is nice and sugary and also makes a nice browning to what ever you stir fry. 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 1/2 pound of sliced chicken thigh meat and for marinate for the chicken meats you will need 1 teaspoon of regular soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce to marinate the chicken put it into mixing bowl here. stir in oyster sauce and soy sauce to give it a nice flavor to the chicken then add in the cornstarch when I stir fry it will keep the chicken moist and keep the outside nice an brown by searing it so that is why I am adding in the cornstarch Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil stirring my oil then add in the meat cook it on high heat. I am stirring it really quick. it will take about 3 minutes to cook
mix it evenly so it is fully cook on all sides. stir frying it evenly, so it will evenly cook. it takes about 3 minutes now it is done after 3 minutes of cooking.
now I am going to transfer it to my dish. now, I am going to clean off the wok and
begin stir frying the vegetables. After the chicken are cooked, now I am going
to start stir frying the vegetables. Add in 1 table spoon of vegetable oil. Set the stove is on medium high heat. Add in the onions stir fry it for a minute or so then add in the carrots. now it is looking good then add in the Bok Choy. stir it really well now I am going to add in 1/2 teaspoon of salt. combine it really well to give it some flavors. Cook it for another minute It is ready after 2 minutes of stir frying… Finally I am going to add in the bean sprouts. You don’t want to cook the bean sprouts for too long,
because you want it to be crispy. Cook it for another minute or so and until they are well combined. Make sure everything stay in the Wok. Now there are nice and beautify colors going on here. it is about ready, I am going put it aside Now, it ready. I am going to turn off the heat. Transfer to the plate here. Smell really nice. After this, I am going to stir fry the noodles. The Wok is on high heat. Adding 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil. I am going spread the oil on the Wok. Then add all the noodles in. I will be using the chopstick stir fry the noodles. Stir the noodle and mix it evenly. for about 1 minutes or so. Until it is golden and a little crispy. You may need to add more oil on the side of the Wok as needed. You want the noodle a little bit crispy, so keep stir frying it. After stir frying the noodle. Add in the vegetables, chicken meats
Mix it well Then add in the ingredients. Soy sauce Hoisin sauce Oyster sauce Salt Stir fry everything again. Mix it really well…. Until all the ingredients are combined. Until all the noodles combined with sauce
and vegetables. It will take another minute or so… Then finally add in sesame oil for the final touch. Smelling really nice right now! It is almost done. Smelling really goood… It is done. So, I am going to turn off the
heat. I am going to transfer the noodle to serving
