The best pork chops are bone in, cooked until
just tender and brown to enhance flavor. Now in restaurants, a chef will use a delicate
balance between stove top and oven for their port chops, but today I’m going to show
you how to make moist, delicious and flavorful chops in your slow cooker. We use 12 ounces
of beer in this recipe and that’s plenty of liquid here. Now during the slow cooking
process, all of that steam will build up under the lid making these pork chops super moist.
