Interview with Hsu Hung-Che (Taiwan) Cuisine Diploma | Le Cordon Bleu Paris

Hello, my name is Hung-Che Hsu. I am from Tainan. I studied the Culinary Arts at secondary school before going on to study restaurant management at Tainan University. I have wanted to learn western cuisine ever since I was at secondary school and that is why I decided to study the Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. I love visiting well-known tourist attractions in Paris, such as Galeries Lafayette, The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Versailles. To discover the Parisian restaurant scene, I suggest beginning with those with 1 Michelin star as this will enable you to become acquainted with French gastronomy. Lessons are taught in English and in French which enables you to get the most out of w hat the Chefs are teaching. If you want to learn western cuisine, I advise choosing Le Cordon Bleu and specifically the Paris campus. The quality of the Culinary Arts lessons is outstanding and they are taught by exceptional Chefs. Thanks to the Institute, you have the chance to take part in several events. I went to SIRHA, in Lyon, and other professional events. It is a great opportunity!
