Ivy Gourd Fry – Kovakkai Fry Recipe – Hazel Kitchen


Preparation:

Heat the pan and add oil Add mustard seeds Add curry leaves Add sliced onions and stir fry Add Ivy gourd [Kovakkai] and fry until the raw smell goes off Add turmeric powder Add tomatoes Add salt to taste Add chilli powder Fry until the oil gets separated Add potatoes Add some water and leave the vegetables to get cooked well Add grated coconut and stir fry until it becomes thick fry Ivy Gourd fry is ready to serve
