Keurig® Brewers at High Altitude – Keurig How To – Official Video

Our brewers are made to be used in
elevations up to six thousand feet. For higher elevations you may need to
pre puncture the K-Cup® portion packs prior to brewing to release pressure inside. Simply place the portion pack
into the portion back holder. Using your fingers, push down slowly so
that the bottom of the portion pack is punctured by the exit needle located in
the bottom of the portion pack holder. If applicable, the Keurig Special
Edition, Ultimate, Platinum, Select and B155 brewers are equipped with a
temperature control function. It may help in higher elevations to experiment
by lowering the brew temperature. Please refer to your users guide if
you’re interested in this feature. Now you’re ready to brew your perfect next cup.
