Korean Vegan Side Dish Recipes_Eggplant, Spicy Braised Tofu, Soy Sauce Crown Daisy [SUB]


Hello~ It’s Laella For the first time, I prepared a recipe video of Korean side dishes. Which Korean side dish do you like the most? Tell me in the comment below. All three recipes are low salt recipes. It is a low salt recipe, but it is really delicious. If you want to eat healthy Korean food, please make it. I gonna make eggplant side dish first. Clean the two eggplant and cut in half. and slice it to the proper size. Eggplant is only 16 calories per 100g, so it’s good to lose weight. Eggplants are abundant in anthocyanins so It have excellent antioxidant effects. Please chop the washed leek. Pour water into the bowl and put another bowl on top of it. Put the sliced egg in the bowl. Put the plastic wrap and turn the microwave for 5 minutes and the eggplant will be steamed well. You can use a microwave oven as easily as I do, or you can steam it with a steamer. Then squeeze the steamed eggplant. Now I’m gonna make a sauce. Perilla oil 1/2Tbs Soybean paste 1/2Tbs Minced garlic 1tsp Coconut sugar 1/2tsp Sesame seeds 1/2tsp Please mix well. Now mix all eggplants, leeks and sauce. This is so delicious and healthy. The next recipe is spicy braised tofu. This is good when you want to eat something spicy but not too salty. Cut the tofu in half and Slice it to bit size pieces. Tofu has high protein content and low calories, so it is good food for weight loss. Now, Let’s make some spicy sauce. Red pepper powder 1Tbs Tamari soy sauce 1Tbs Coconut sugar 1.5tsp sesame seeds 1/2tsp sesame oil 1tsp Then add 1/4 cup of water and stir well. Add some oil on the pan and bake the tofu both sides. Add the sauce into the pan and cooked until the tofu absorb the sauce. It might look salty because of the red color. but It’s very light, spicy taste. so good!!! The last recipe is nutty crown daisy side dish. Prepare 200g of washed crown daisy and some leeks. Put the crown daisy in the boiling water. Please boil it for about 1 minute. The crown daisy has more potassium than the pumpkin So it helps to release sodium in the body. It is also good for preventing constipation because it is rich in dietary fiber. Rinse the boiled crown daisy in cold water and squeeze the water. and please cut it in to eatable pieces. Now, Let’s make some sauce. Tamari soy sauce 1tsp Sesame oil 1/2Tbs sesame seeds 1/2tsp Then add 1/2tsp of minced garlic and stir well. Now mix all crown daisy, leeks and sauce. Do you feel the nutty flavor of sesame seed oil?
