– With more than 1500 varieties, dates come in all shapes and sizes. And as one of the oldest
cultivated fruits in the world, dates are a cornerstone
of Arabian Gulf cuisine. This super food is packed with fiber and potassium and can star in both sweet and savory dishes. I’m spotlighting dates versatility with four delicious recipes. Date paste is the secret to elevating my stuffed baby eggplants. Mackerel has a very bold flavor
and it is the perfect match for a sweet date butter. For a gooey bite, I
